Auction Rebalancing Interface

For the forthcoming $ic21 product, we are creating a GUI for the token Manager (Index Coop) and the Market Maker (21Shares) to interact with our new Auction Module smart contract required for rebalancing the token. The Manager function will be able to parameterize, initiate, and monitor an Auction; the Market Maker will be able to review Auction details and place bids in order to effectively rebalance the token.‍ Initial users will be limited to Index Coop for Manager functionality and 21shares for Market Maker functionality. In the future, Market Maker functionality may be opened up to anyone that wishes to monitor or place bids in the Auction.
