Metagovernance now Enabled for Index Coop on Messari Governor

We are excited to announce that Index Coop, in partnership with Messari, has activated the INDEX token coverage on Messari Governor.  

The Messari Governor tool, designed to track proposals across protocols and communities allows users to quickly scan all proposals across 75+ governance tokens and makes it easy to identify preliminary discussion, active & upcoming votes.  Proposals are categorized and ranked by importance to help users cut through the noise and find matters most.

For the INDEX token, this allows holders of the token to see what contests the holder can participate in, link to the votes as well as link back to the original discussions.  Additionally, for metagovernance voters, the categorization of each vote helps users understand what the vote is for, and its relative importance.  For ease of use the platform also allows for the direct voting access as well as the ability to see your own voting power.

Messari currently provides the best way to filter governance proposals and discussions via their robust categorization system. This allows participants to not only keep up to date with the projects and protocols that they might be interested in but also, the ability to filter proposals by importance and categories and sub-categories such as ‘Parameter Change’ -> ‘Fee Parameter Change’.

Messari currently covers all of our metagovernance votes, Index Improvement Proposals and important preliminary discussions that appear on our governance forum. The Status of all of these can also be viewed, allowing governance participants to see at what stage a proposal is in. Allowing you to jump into a preliminary discussion, participate in a vote that is live or learn the execution status of proposals that have since passed or failed.
